If V.E. Petersen Co., Inc. Made an Error:

If we made an error on your shipment, please notify us within 10 business days. When contacting us, include your packing slip number and a brief description of the error. We will correct the issue promptly, with no handling charge or restocking fee.

If the Customer Made an Error:

Items ordered in error must also be reported within 10 business days. Please provide your packing slip number and details of the mistake. Once received, we will issue an RMA number, which must accompany the returned merchandise.

  • Return freight is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Restocking fees are 10% for stock items and 15% for special-order items.

Note: Items returned without an RMA number will be returned at the customer’s expense.

Yes. Electronic price files are available to current customers by request. Please email us at info@vepetersen.com to receive the latest files. You may also find select vendor price sheets on our Reference Materials page.

Our team is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Outside of business hours, you’re welcome to send questions or orders to our general email at info@vepetersen.com.

V.E. Petersen does not perform service work. We specialize in distributing quality parts and supporting our customers with their replacement needs.

Orders placed by 3:00 PM EST typically ship the same day. Larger stock orders may require an additional business day to process.
